Cera Shot™
The clean alternative.
The clean alternative.
What if an alternative to lead birdshot could be produced, providing outdoorsmen an environmentally responsible option to preserve our rivers and wildlife for future generations?
Cera Shot™ by Element 40™ answers the quest for better. A cutting edge alternative to lead birdshot, providing outdoorsmen with a clean shot.
Research has shown the harmful effects of lead shot to water resources and wildlife. According to the National Park Service, not only does lead shot affect animals hunted for game, but “lead fragments can also be found in wild game meat processed for human consumption” (www.nps.gov).
In answer to these concerns the State of California was the first to enact a statewide ban on lead shot. The first ban went into effect in 2008 specifically in California Condor range, but in October 2013 Assembly Bill 711 was signed into law to ban all use of lead shot because of its harmful effects on water resources and wildlife. Other states are following suit.
While alternatives to lead shot include the use of copper, nickel, and tungsten, scientists are questioning the safety their use, particularly tungsten-based shot.
Cera Shot™ by Element 40™ answers the challenge to provide a truly clean alternative to lead shot.
Cera Shot™ by Element 40™ gives you:
